I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel's location directly opposite the train station was incredibly convenient for exploring Stoke-on-Trent and accessing the University campus in Hanley. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had a car park, which allowed me to keep my car there even after I had checked out. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation convenience, and friendly staff were the best aspects of my stay.
Almost perfect - the only downside was the lingering smell of old tobacco smoke in some areas.

Cet hôtel offre une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis les chambres. La plage est très proche, ce qui est extrêmement pratique. De plus, le personnel était serviable et attentif à mes besoins.
